Forestry plantation in the north of Lavalleja.
65 hectares were planted three years ago with Eucalyptus Smithii. 395 hectares are regrowing trees that are over 20 years old. This part would need to be replanted. Since the original plantation was approved of before 2007, the fiscal exemptions will be valid for new plantation in the same area. 70% effectively planted is very attractive in the current situation.
No buildings or any infrastructure on this land. A stream crosses the property and provides drinking water for the cows. Land used only for forestry in combination with livestock.
