The farm is located in the department Rocha, not far from Maldonado. There is a small stream that crosses the property. 49 hectares were planted with Eucalyptus Globulus in 2010. These trees were harvested in 2020 and they are now regrowing very well. Early 2024 thinning of the trees was carried out. The trees are part of the property and they will be ready for a new harvest in 2030.
10 hectares are covered with native forest and there is the possibility to plant 5 more hectares in the future.
