The farm has very good agricultural soils, where summer crops such as soy, corn and sorghum can be planted. 50% of soils are suitable for grains. The other soils are suitable for cattle breeding as they provide water and shadow in summer. The average CONEAT is 77.
The optimal land use is:

- 25% cattle fattening, and
- 25% extensive cattle grazing.
