The farm currently practices rainfed and irrigated agriculture, complemented by livestock farming in pastoral systems with permanent pastures, alternating irrigated grazing areas supporting very high production loads of kg/meat/ha. It complements this with the possibility of fattening different categories at term, alternating supplementation pens scattered throughout the area, with feed produced on the same property.
