The property consists of 1100 hectares with an extended view, subdivided in 14 paddocks all traditionally fenced. The property has two entrances from the provincial route that connects Route 8 and Route 9.
The residence is built on a hill overlooking large parts of the property and it offers a panoramic view on the hills between Minas and Pan de Azúcar. Almost 70% of the farm land is devoted to forestry and the remaining parts are being used for cattle breeding. Therefore corrals to attend to animals are present and in excellent condition for example professional tubes for the management of the herd, being it cows or sheep.
Internal roads on this property have all been renovated and allow easy access both for private use as well as for heavy trucks and machinery for harvesting of the trees or transport of the animals. Several artificial lakes have been constructed to provide drinking water for the animals.
The residence was designed and constructed in 2005. The residence comprises a dining room, a large living room and a study room, all with open fire places. The spacious master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is one more bedroom in this house, also with bathroom. The residence also has a guest toilet. There is covered outdoor barbeque place of 200 m2 with immediate access to the interior of the house and kitchen. The entire ¨leisure sector¨ comprises 1500 m2 and besides grill it includes bar, restroom, dining area, and a pool of approx. 180 m2 heated by solar panels.
There is a golf course of approximately 10 hectares which originally had 6 greens and 3 tees for green, but that has now been expanded. All machinery for maintenance is available.
The entire garden covers 100 hectares and includes an excellent park with a wide variety of trees, bushes, flowers and automatic sprinkler system. There is an artificial water reservoir that covers 2 hectares and contains 35 M liters. This was constructed for the irrigation of golf course and garden.
The farm management of this property is currently based on forestry in combination with cattle breeding. The climatic conditions and soils in Uruguay are ideal for forestation.
