Current species plantation: 91% of Oranges and 9 % Tangerines.

Trees age: 12% are between 0 and 6 years, 88% (53.689 trees) between 7 and more than 18 years old.

Infrastructure and design of windbreaker curtains adapt perfectly to the productive needs of the land. The farm also has solid buildings (workers houses) and warehouses. Excellent location with a very easy access through excellent roads.

Great availability of water for irrigation: it has 5 water reserves, which only one of them is used for irrigation. Extraction performance: 60 m3 per hour of water for irrigation. Authorized also to use water from Rio Uruguay.

Lease Contract: This citrus farm is sold together with a 10 years lease contract with the principal Uruguayan citrus company who takes full responsibility of the care and maintenance of the trees and land.
