Complete ranch, with main house, sheds, electric power from UTE, semi-surgent well with electric pump and two elevated tanks for reserve, stall for employee and family, complete facilities for working with 420 Angus cows and sheep, wire fences in good condition, with more than 20 paddocks.
The main house is located on approximately 1 hectare of park and garden, surrounded by trees, bushes and fruit trees. It consists of living room with large windows and stove, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room, another bedroom with en suite bathroom, two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, eaves gallery at the front, barbecue area, laundry room, garage, storage room, two rooms for workshop and tools, saddle room, etc.
There is a new shed for machinery, seeds, fertilizers, etc., with sheet metal walls and roof, concrete floor, with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The farm has a house with storage, water and electricity with solar panels, batteries and inverter at 220 volts, where the caretaker and his family currently live.
There are also some walls of two old buildings made of mud-laid stone and several meters of stone fences.
The presence of native forest is scattered throughout the field, which serves as shelter and shade for the animals. There is a great variety of native flora and fauna. According to CONEAT, 95% of the land has unconditional forestry priority, of which 35% can be planted.
The whole farm has abundant water of very good quality for animal consumption, from two streams, creeks, springs and also three lakes. In the last few years the farm has been raising cattle, rearing heifers and calves, and fattening cows. Currently the farm is managed with natural fields and about 75 hectares with permanent pastures, winter and summer pastures. There are approximately 150 more hectares where forage improvements can be made.
The land is located close to Ruta 8 and the distance to Montevideo is 150 km and 75 km to Punta del Este.
