The farm is suitable for a mix of agricultural activities ranging from cattle breeding to crop farming. Cattle breeding is currently carried out by own farm workers and managed by an agricultural engineer hired by the owner. 65% is suitable for crop farming. This is complemented with cattle breeding of Hereford and Aberdeen Angus cows. There are also several sheep, but mainly for local consumption at the farm itself.
Considering the most important soil types on this farm (6.1/2, purple color), the condition of the land and the presence of a large-scale operator such as Agronegocio del Plata (ADP) in the area it is very well possible to continue and improve the crop farming at this property.
There is a house for farm workers, corral and barn are all located near the entrance of this property. All buildings and infrastructure have been renovated in recent years.
