High expectations soy

In a few weeks’ time soy beans will start to be harvested in Uruguay. The expectations are very high as climate has been advantageous. Abundant rainfall in January and February will most probably lead to high yields. The area planted with soy beans is larger than ever with approximately 1,5 million hectares. The expectations are that 3,5 million tons of soy beans will be harvested this year and exported in the months ahead of us.
